
Customer Support Officer

You'll be the first point of contact for clients in your region, handling requests, queries, and tasks of various sizes.
This will involve : Proactively managing the 'customer at risk' process related to the branch customer portfolio, ensuring timely resolutions and retention through service amendments, re-negotiations with clients, and internal stakeholders.
Ensuring profit margins align with regional and budget expectations during re-negotiations.
Recording and maintaining data on potential customer at risk of branch churn, identifying and reporting emerging trends.
Managing the region's priority list, making recommendations as needed.
Promoting our services and supporting the retentions team during upselling campaigns.
Managing regional age debt, handling stop list accounts, and liaising with affected customers.
Coordinating with functional departments impacting customer relations and retention.
Identifying customers at risk and upselling opportunities within the regional portfolio.
You will oversee the three-month handover of accounts from FSE to the retentions team.
Additionally, you should stay updated on current costs and prices for collection services to better support the team and strengthen customer relationships through regular contact, newsletters, and territory management.
