Job Title: Legal Secretary – Personal Injury (Junior to Senior, Open for Promotion)Location: Sydney, NSWField of Law: Personal Injury (Workers Compensation, Public Liability, Medical Negligence, MVA)Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are partnering with a highly regarded personal injury firm seeking a motivated Legal Secretary to join their team in Sydney.

This role is open to candidates at all levels, from junior through to senior, with genuine opportunities for promotion and career development.

You'll play a vital role in supporting a team of lawyers across a wide range of personal injury matters, while building your skills and growing into a more senior capacity within the firm.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to lawyers across personal injury practice areas
• Manage correspondence, file preparation, and court documentation
• Liaise with clients, experts, and stakeholders with professionalism and empathy
• Assist with diary management, billing, and general office administration
• Support lawyers at different stages of matters from intake through to resolution
• Take on increasing responsibility and leadership opportunities as you progress What We're Looking For Experience:
• Experience as a Legal Secretary in personal injury (junior to senior level considered)
• Familiarity with workers compensation, public liability, MVA, or medical negligence matters highly regarded Skills:
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities What's on Offer
