We are seeking an experienced Sushi Sous Chef ready to step into a management role, continue their learning both culinary and operations from our experienced management team.
SUSHI SOUS CHEF WILL HAVE:
3 to 4 years' experience in sushi and sashimi Great communication, delegation and leadership skills Ability to work well within a team and take direction In-depth understanding of Food Safety & Hygiene Practices Strong communication skills Creativity around menu development and food presentation A naturally positive demeanor High standards and expectations within the kitchen About Working with LK Hospitality: Our team are individuals with integrity and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.
