The Opportunity

My client is currently seeking experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives to join their team on Swan St Richmond due to experiencing growth during peak times.

Intake commencement date: Monday, 2nd of June

About your new role

  • Training period: 6 weeks of training based at the above locations - 9am till 5pm
  • Post training: This position will be based from home, 4 days a week & 1 compulsory day per week required from the CBD. After training this role will have a rotating roster from 8am till 8pm. (Please note that work-from-home will be assessed based on performance KPI's at 8 weeks)
  • This position would require strictly 'no leave' until January 2026
  • National Public Holidays will be standard days off
  • Great company culture
  • Police check and Drug & Alcohol testing required
  • Intake commencing now
  • Working with a close knit team that supports each other and celebrates team wins

You will be responsible for

  • High volume calls - Inbound Call Centre - Assisting customers via the phone to meet their needs
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Contributing to the success of our business through making recommendations for improvement and taking ownership of your own results
  • Meeting the high standards expected within our culture and customer expectations such as call handling times and call quality
  • Experience with Salesforce highly regarded
