Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced call centre professional to join our customer service team.

  • Provide excellent support to customers through various communication channels, responding to general enquiries and triaging calls to other business areas in a timely and professional manner
  • Offer accurate and consistent advice and information as per organisational processes and standards to ensure optimal service delivery and put the customer at the centre
  • Manage 30-50 inbound calls daily, with some email correspondence
  • Navigate multiple systems effectively
  • Ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule compliance, AHT, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate within a team to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and services to provide accurate advice and information
  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs
Essential Requirements:
  • Strong experience in a high-volume contact centre environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on quality customer interactions
  • Adaptability and resilience when dealing with challenging customer situations
  • Emotional resilience, empathy, and ethics
  • Open to receiving and acting upon constructive feedback, and enthusiasm for helping others and contributing to positive change
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, actively seeking continuous improvement
