Job Description

A casual position is available within a call centre in Whyalla, South Australia. This role provides an excellent opportunity for motivated and customer service orientated individuals to contribute towards providing a valuable service to their community.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in-line with company policies and procedures
  • Deliver a high level of service that exceeds customer expectations
  • Ensure efficient working practices are followed to maintain a smooth running of daily operations
  • Promote a positive image for the organisation
  • Identify and follow up lead opportunities
  • To be helpful, polite knowledgeable and resourceful
  • Ensure a safe workplace in accordance with OHS policies and procedures

  • You have well-developed personal communication skills
  • You possess high level of customer service skills
  • You have good record keeping skills
  • You can listen and communicate effectively
  • You remain calm under pressure
  • You have a good knowledge of the local town/city, streets, areas and activities
  • You have good keyboard skills and computer knowledge
  • You are proficient in MS Office
