Work with us - Project Management Lead

Project Lead coordinating and supporting key projects
Remote role

Here at Ochre we are rapidly scaling our lesson production to cover more Australian stages and subjects.
We are looking for a Project Lead to support this work, contributing to our shared purpose of tackling social inequality through education.
You will coordinate and support key projects, and be instrumental in ensuring communications and projects are effectively managed.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an eye for detail.
You will work effectively with others internally and externally.
You will thrive taking on a fast paced and diverse role, with an awesome team.

1-year fixed term contract in the first instance

This job is advertised as a full-time role, however applications for part-time hours are welcome.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

Strong alignment with our mission to improve educational equity, ensuring all students can access a high-quality curriculum no matter their circumstances.
Experience in leading the planning, implementation and evaluation of multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Confident in the use and application of project management tools and methodologies, including a demonstrated ability to organise and establish processes to ensure efficient and productive workflows.
Demonstrated ability to effectively build and maintain productive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles and to convey complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders.
Supportive team player able to confidently and sensitively coordinate, and contribute to, diverse project teams.
Proactive and adaptive problem solver with the ability to prioritise, monitor emerging risks and issues, and to find creative solutions.
Entrepreneurial spirit who will thrive in a fast paced and diverse role.
Previous experience working in school education desirable.
