We are seeking an experienced Project Lead who is highly capable, motivated and driven by conceptual thinking, design and detail. This role is based in Terrey Hills.

About the role

The role involves working on exciting residential projects from initial concept sketch through construction to completion. You will work closely with the Design Team and Construction Managers in a friendly and collaborative environment.

As a Project Lead, you are responsible for:


• Managing and coordinating assigned projects


• Collaborating with Design Principals to establish clear project briefs


• Coordinating and preparing concept design reports, DA and CDC submissions


• Coordinating and preparing tender documentation packages


• Liaising directly with Consultants


• Regular project reporting

About You


• High-end residential experience


• Proficiency in ArchiCAD


• Ability to lead a team efficiently and effectively


• Sound knowledge of BCA, Australian Standards, SEPP (CDC) and Council development controls


• Great communication skills, written and verbal


• Effective time management skills

Qualifications


• NSW Architects Registration, or


• BDAA accreditation, or


• Relevant qualification in the discipline of Architecture accredited by the Architects Accreditation Council of Australia
