As a Sales Administrator, internally referred to as a Commercial Services Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Bulk & Packaged Products businesses.
This dynamic role involves a blend of administrative and customer service responsibilities, including processing pricing and rebates, investigating account queries, and handling monthly reconciliations.

Manage and administer pricing, rebates, and customer claims Process and review incoming customer quote requests Investigate and resolve pricing, delivery, and account discrepancies Ensure accurate and timely invoicing through end-of-month processes Maintain and update customer master data Participate in process improvement initiatives and ongoing projects Provide backup support to the team when needed What You'll Bring Experience in commercial, sales administration, or general office support Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Salesforce (or similar systems)Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily Highly organised with a hands-on approach to problem-solving A proactive learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to workplace culture Availability to work Monday to Friday in our Darra office Why Join Cement Australia?Be Yourself: Be your authentic self in a diverse and dedicated workplace where we focus on achieving great results together.
