About the job Sales Administrator

Were looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our investment homes team based in Loganholme. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales process from initial enquiry through to contract stage.

Youll be responsible for managing EOIs, preparing documentation for HIA contracts, and processing commission payments. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks in a fast-paced and fun environment, within a stable company that has been around for over 20 years.

Key responsibilities:

  • Process Expressions of Interest and ensure the accuracy of all sales documentation
  • Coordinate the information required for HIA building contracts
  • Manage and track sales commission payments
  • Maintain accurate records using Clickhomes and Excel
  • Liaise with internal teams, Investment BDMs, external marketing groups, and brokers.
  • General administrative support as required

What you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a similar admin or sales support role
  • Knowledge of residential construction or property is preferred
  • Confidence using Excel and Clickhomes (or similar)
  • Strong organisational skills and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work well within a team and manage deadlines
