We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join the team.

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing sales and admin support to outside sales reps while contributing to the quality of customer service and achievement of sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Book and follow up on sales appointments and calls
- Enter sales orders into Salesforce ensuring contact and delivery information is accurate and up to date
- Process orders as requested by outside sales staff or manager
- Prepare sales quotes and or invoicing for outside sales staff
- Ensure discounts and marketing campaigns are tagged correctly
- Maintain customer sales records
- Be willing to travel to trade shows with the sales team
- Be prepared to attend weekend show room events
- Take overflow sales calls

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional Multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Professional, polite phone manner
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Strong Organizational and time management skills
- Positive, optimistic can do attitude
