This role is based in Brisbane.
Working closely with the National Account Manager – ANZ, you'll play a key role in driving execution across existing and emerging accounts.
This is a commercially focused role, ideal for someone analytical, detail oriented, and eager to develop into a future Account Manager.
You'll be involved in everything from sales analysis, commercial modelling to promotional planning, customer presentations and day to day administration.
Support the National Account Manager to develop and deliver joint business plans with key retail partners Support the build of effective promotional plans, product launches and activations Complete new line forms, promotional submissions, activation submissions and other required documentation.
Build and maintain strong external relationships with retail partners, ensuring proactive communication and collaborative problem solving Conduct commercial analysis and prepare sales forecasts to support account planning and decision making.
Create engaging, insight led presentations for internal and external customer meetings.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, supply chain) to ensure seamless delivery of account initiatives.
Monitor competitor activity, category trends, and customer insights to support strategic planning.
About You You'll be commercially savvy, highly organised and energised by the buzz of a fast paced environment with a relevant background in FMCG Grocery, Beauty or Retail.
A strong communicator and natural problem solver, you build relationships easily and bring curiosity, accuracy, and initiative to everything you do.
Most importantly, you're ambitious about your career with the opportunity to build on your experience and develop into an Account Manager role as you grow with us.
What you'll bring :2 + years' experience in a sales support, coordinator or Account Manager role (FMCG Grocery, beauty, or retail background highly regarded).
Strong Excel skills and confidence in working with data.
Proactive communication skills and ability to build internal and external relationships.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great attention to detail.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Netsuite) is desirable but not essential.
