Our client is a leading drinks company seeking an experienced On Premise Key Account Manager to drive growth in Melbourne. You'll bring a can-do attitude, solid industry experience, and a passion for delivering results.

Base pay

A$110,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with key on premise customers and groups across Melbourne
  • Create and execute best-in-class account plans including trading terms, joint business plans, and tailored promotional strategies
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities across VIC
  • Manage and optimise trade spend within budget to maximise ROI
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve state and company goals
  • Champion the companies on premise capabilities across the state
  • Lead strategic negotiations and influence key stakeholders, internally and externally
About You
  • A proven background in on premise account management or brand-building within the drinks industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive strategic outcomes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Adaptability and a solutions-focused mindset
  • A true passion for the industry and a desire to grow with an ambitious and collaborative team
