This is a role for someone who wants to grow fast, do meaningful work, and be part of an ambitious software company at an exciting stage.
This role could suit someone who previously worked in a graduate program (e.g.
at Deloitte, Pw C, Mc Kinsey, KPMG or EY) and is looking to transition into a product/tech-focused role.
About You You might be early in your career - maybe you've worked in consulting, tech, or a high-performance graduate program - or you may be pivoting into tech from another field.
Either way, you are: Meticulous and detail-oriented Curious and quick to learn Calm under pressure, clear in communication Passionate about quality, great user experiences, and getting things right Excited about joining a startup where you can grow with the company What You'll Do You'll work closely with our product and engineering team to ensure our software is reliable, intuitive and ready for customers.
You'll contribute to: Designing and executing test plans for new features and improvements Identifying bugs and usability issues — and helping get them resolved fast Leveraging tools and technology to improve our testing processes (including AI and automation where appropriate)Collaborating with product managers and engineers to make sure quality is baked in from the start Continuously improving how we test, learn, and ship Why Sequential?Sequential is an Adelaide-based Saa S company founded by the team behind Proviso (bankstatements.com.au) - one of Australia's most successful fintechs of the last decade.
We're building smart tools for a new fintech challenge, with global ambition.
Our stack includes Laravel, AWS, Tailwind, Alpine JS, and Livewire — but we care more about attitude and aptitude than specific experience.
