Business Process Analyst

The role of the Business Process Analyst is pivotal in ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance in submarine construction. The analyst will integrate quality principles into engineering workflows and production systems to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quality Assurance: Developing and maintaining quality assurance process models and frameworks aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Process Analysis: Undertaking business process analysis and modeling across internal teams to support operational and strategic goals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with employees at all levels to understand existing processes and gather feedback for fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring quality assurance processes comply with relevant standards, regulations, and internal protocols.
  • Risk Management: Integrating risk analysis into process modeling to support informed decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative, efficient solutions.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in quality, process improvement, project management, or business intelligence.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Process Management principles and tools.
  • Proficiency in quality assurance software and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in process redesign and operational requirements gathering.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a systems-thinking mindset.

Benefits:

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to a NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
