Our Financial Crime Operations team plays a critical role in protecting both our customers and the integrity of our business.
As part of this team, you'll be supported by a Quality Assurance and Training Manager who champions capability-building and continuous improvement.

About you We're looking for an experienced AML professional with an eye for detail, a knack for spotting process gaps, and a strong drive to help others grow.
This role is ideal for someone seeking more than just a checklist, it's about conducting targeted QA reviews, producing quality insights, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with stakeholders to raise our standards.
If you're passionate about protecting communities from financial crime, ready to contribute to impactful improvement initiatives, and interested in staying hands-on while shaping best practice, we'd love to hear from you.
