Quality Assurance Specialist Role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring our products and services meet the highest standards across their development and production lifecycle.

  • Drawing on engineering expertise, you'll review customer purchase orders, conduct technical investigations, and support the delivery of solutions that align with quality, safety, and performance.
  • Act as a key interface between quality control and assurance functions, managing documentation, non-conformance reports, and technical investigations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage directly with suppliers and customers, lead quality process improvements, and contribute to broader business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Awareness of Product Safety and Quality Processes.
  • Able to deliver communications effectively within a cross-functional environment.
