We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing customer purchase orders and conducting technical investigations
  • Supporting the delivery of solutions that align with our commitment to quality, safety, and performance
  • Acting as a key interface between quality control and assurance functions
  • Managing documentation, non-conformance reports, and technical investigations to drive continuous improvement
  • Engaging directly with suppliers and customers
  • Leading quality process improvements and contributing to broader business development initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A good understanding of design, analysis, manufacturing, and support techniques throughout the engineering product lifecycle
  • Knowledge of engineering reports/technical writing in an engineering environment
  • A good understanding of Product Safety and Quality Processes
  • Awareness of the principles of technical risk management
  • Awareness of Configuration Management Processes
  • An understanding of applicable engineering toolsets (e.g. PLM or MRP systems, design, simulation and analysis software)
  • Able to deliver communications effectively within a cross-functional environment
