Job Opportunity:

The role of Product Quality Control Lead is a critical position within our organization, requiring an experienced quality professional with a strong background in engineering, product assurance, or manufacturing quality control.

This leader will provide technical oversight to ensure that all product quality control processes are rigorously applied and maintained across the lifecycle of our products.

  • Develop and implement effective quality control processes
  • Lead teams through complex inspection regimes, investigations, and compliance activities
  • Ensure the timely resolution of non-conformances

To be successful in this position, you will bring extensive relevant experience in relatable technical/engineering roles, proven experience in managing applicable engineering functions and/or technical delivery, and a good understanding of applicable engineering toolsets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • Quality systems knowledge (ISO 9001: 2015) and experience within a highly regulated quality environment
  • Practitioner level understanding and application of analytical problem solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
  • General knowledge of relevant Australian and International Standards as well as Quality Control Systems
