The Opportunity This role provides an opportunity for an individual without prior experience to join an industry leading business.
You'll have the chance to expand your skill set through on-the-job training and receive support in obtaining relevant certifications to grow into pump operator roles and beyond, advancing your career within the construction industry.
The primary focus of the role is to operate the hose for line or boom pumps, with other duties of the position including; Control the pump hose to ensure concrete is poured smoothly and accurately.
Work alongside the pump operator to keep the job running safely and efficiently.
Stay in sync with the grano workers before and during the pour.
Help set up, clean, and maintain equipment to keep the site running smoothly.
Requires Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screen Drivers licence White Card About Us BGC Concrete is an industry leading business with multiple plant locations throughout the Perth metro area.
