What You Will be Doing:

WorkPac are looking for experienced Trades Assistants that will be working in the hose bend section of our workshop.

  • Assist in the manufacturing, bending, and assembly of hydraulic and industrial hose fittings.

  • Operate hand and power tools to cut, crimp, and fit hoses to specification.

  • Ensure accurate measurement and quality control of hose products.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with WHS standards.

  • Support tradespeople with general workshop duties and tasks as required.

  • Assist with inventory control, stock handling, and documentation.

  • Prepare hose assemblies for dispatch and delivery.

What you will need:

  • Trade Assisting experience
  • Preferable experience working in hose section
  • Forklift license - Preferred
  • Great attitude and the willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in a workshop or mechanical environment preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of tools and mechanical assembly.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting and bending.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
  • Forklift license (desirable but not essential).
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
