About the Role:

Reporting to the Main Pool Installer, you will be part of a small team of 2-3 people who go the extra mile to ensure the job is done right and the customer's needs are met.

Work hands-on with pool installations across South of Perth.

Learn the skills to one day lead your own projects

Key Responsibilities:

Digging trenches

Plumbing pipe installations

Screeding for pool placement

Shovelling & wheelbarrowing sand

Securing construction fencing

Sweeping & general site clean-up

Assisting the Main Installer with site photos & admin tasks

Sand compaction using hose extension & pencil vibe

Setting up swimming pool equipment

Working as part of a team with minimal supervision

Ensuring strong relationships with suppliers & contractors

Actively solving problems on-site

What We're Looking For:

Hardworking, physically fit individuals ready for an active role.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Drivers Licence, White Card & Australian work rights.
