Based in our Wivenhoe and Brisbane South East regions, the Regional Business Coordinator will be responsible for regional planning, organization, and providing exceptional service to all sites within the region.
Some duties include but are not limited to: Providing administrative support to all sites and support services within the region, on an ad hoc basis Maintaining regional site administration, including diary and appointment management, incident management system, pool vehicle maintenance, and other administrative duties Providing high-quality customer service and maintaining high standards of professionalism and communication Travel throughout the region will be required About you You are a confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on achieving meaningful results.
Exceptional customer service and time management skills.
Ability to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations.
Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office are essential.
