We are seeking an experienced System Solutions Analyst (Agile Business Analyst) to support a large-scale Federal Government transformation initiative.
This role will focus on business analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution design within an Agile delivery environment.
Youll play a key part in improving the clients digital systems and business processes through high-quality analysis and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
About you
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Elicit and document business and functional requirements through user stories, wireframes, mockups, and process flows
Lead stakeholder workshops and support UAT and solution demonstrations
Capture current-state and future-state business processes
Negotiate and collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and product owners
Define system integration requirements and support technical specification development
Work in an Agile team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of system solutions

Requirements:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in system solution analysis
Proven experience in Agile business/functional analysis

Strong background in documenting business requirements and designing functional solutions
Confident in facilitating workshops and leading discussions with diverse stakeholders
Experience in business process re-engineering (as-is/to-be documentation)
Knowledge of system integration specifications and testing support (e.g., UAT)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
