Overview

Job Type: Contract

Location: Camberwell, Melbourne VIC

Based in our Camberwell Support Office, and reporting to the Head of Product – Customer Systems, the Systems Analyst plays an important role in ensuring we have fit-for-purpose customer-facing systems across the In-Bakery (Stores) channel which align to our customer experience vision. This role is for a 12-month maximum term contract.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate business requirements / users' needs and provide assessment for feasibility, resource effort, risks & cost.
  • Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions, including system architecture, data models, and integrations.
  • Contribute to acceptance testing and ensure quality assurance has been completed and signed off prior to implementation.
  • Participate in system upgrades and implementation of new versions of software and the necessary change processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and provide training and handover to users.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system issues that may require engagement with third party vendors.
  • Examine existing systems and business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design new features or enhancements ensuring optimised use of features.
Desired Skills And Experience
  • Proven experience (4+ years) working with In-Store Technologies / Applications such as Point of Sale.
  • Tertiary qualifications in computer science, Information Systems or related field.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional Consultant certifications will be highly regarded.
  • Relevant IT industry certifications such as PMI / Prince2, ITIL Foundations.
  • Proven experience in solution design, process improvement, including analysis, testing, and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A good understanding of Agile Methodology.
