We're looking for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant who's organised, professional, and ready to keep our branch running smoothly.
What you'll be doing: Greeting visitors and providing a warm, professional welcome Answering and directing calls with efficiency and care Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the team Maintaining reception and office areas to a high standard Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail What we're looking for: Current drivers licence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A friendly, professional, and proactive approach Previous admin/reception experience.
Minimum of 5 years' experience within an administration/clerical role.
Experience in a mechanical service type business is desirable.
Intermediate level of experience with Microsoft office suite including but not limited to Excel, Power Point and Word, Previous experience in a fast pace working environment.
Proven experience with dealing with both internal and external customers.
