The purpose of this role is to: Create memorable experiences for our customers Educate our customers about what's on at the club, product offerings and membership rewards Consistently and proactively provide customers with a high level of customer service Embrace the Club's Vision, Mission, Values and Values Matrix Comply with the Club's policies and procedures (e.g RSA/RCG, safe food handling) Proactively maintain hygiene and cleanliness in your work area Be willing and able to work in a variety of areas within the club Be open to training and development opportunities and willing to learn all aspects of the club Help the club to continuously improve and strive for a constructive culture where all are welcome To succeed in this role you'll have: Exceptional customer service Willingness to learn and grow Health and Safety mindset with high standards in safety, hygiene and cleanliness Active contribution to a reliable, progressive team Flexible and adaptable nature across the Club's operating hours as split shifts, late nights, weekends and public holidays will be required Previous experience working in hospitality Current RSA and RCG certificates, ARCG preferred (not essential) If this style of role appeals to you, and you'd like to join our team, please apply now.
