We have an exciting opportunity for part-time team members to join our team as Customer Service Superstars We have opportunities available in our Gaming team.

The purpose of this role is to:

• Create memorable experiences for our customers
• Educate our customers about what's on at the club, product offerings and membership rewards
• Consistently and proactively provide customers with a high level of customer service
• Embrace the Club's Vision, Mission, Values and Values Matrix
• Comply with the Club's policies and procedures (e.g RSA/RCG, safe food handling)
• Proactively maintain hygiene and cleanliness in your work area
• Be willing and able to work in a variety of areas within the club
• Be open to training and development opportunities and willing to learn all aspects of the club
• Help the club to continuously improve and strive for a constructive culture where all are welcome

To succeed in this role you'll have:

• Exceptional customer service
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Health and Safety mindset with high standards in safety, hygiene and cleanliness
• Active contribution to a reliable, progressive team
• Flexible and adaptable nature across the Club's operating hours as split shifts, late nights, weekends and public holidays will be required
• Previous experience working in hospitality
• Current RSA and RCG certificates, ARCG preferred (not essential)
