About the Role:

Erina Leagues Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Club Allrounders to join our team in Erina, NSW. This casual role offers flexible shifts across various departments, including bistro, gaming, bar, promotions, and bingo. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be rostered across multiple areas while having a primary department focus, ensuring excellent service and a great experience for our patrons.

Available Departments & Responsibilities:

Bar & Gaming Attendant

• Assist with the operation of gaming machines while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Process payouts and provide customer assistance as needed.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) regulations.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and safe gaming environment.
• Adhere to Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) requirements.

Bistro Attendant

• Take food orders and deliver meals efficiently.
• Assist in food preparation and plating as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and kitchen areas.
• Provide friendly and prompt customer service.

Promotions & Bingo

• Assist with club promotions, raffles, and member events.
• Call bingo games and engage with patrons.
• Encourage member participation in promotions.
• Support the marketing team with promotional activities.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Barista skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• A responsible and reliable approach to work.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Current RSA and RCG certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Full, unrestricted driver's license for courtesy bus applicants.
