ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is about showing up — consistently, respectfully, and with care. As a Support Worker at Platform To, you'll be part of someone's journey toward greater independence and confidence. Some days, that might mean supporting someone to attend an appointment. Other days, it might be helping them try something new, navigate a tough moment, or celebrate a win.

You won't be alone — you'll have a small, supportive team behind you, and the freedom to bring your own personality and passions to the work. Whether you're into gaming, sport, cooking, or music — we'll match you with participants who share your vibe. Your presence matters here.

ABOUT YOU

You don't need decades of experience — you just need to be reliable, empathetic, and ready to make a difference. We're looking for people who:

  • Genuinely enjoy connecting with others
  • Are calm, dependable, and open-minded
  • Are comfortable supporting people in community and home settings
  • Can work independently, but also value being part of a team
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, and a reliable car with comprehensive insurance
  • Experience in disability, mental health, youth work or support services
