Job Description

What will a day in this role look like:

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare and review reports, proposals, tender documents, and correspondence.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to support staff development and manage performance
  • Offer technical expertise and lead business development efforts for project excellence.

  • Experience in generalist roles, broader Impact Assessment exposure is highly valued.
  • An interest in leading a team, with the ability to inspire and drive a collaborative team culture
  • Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary projects, achieving goals, and ensuring profitability.
  • Experience across diverse market sectors, providing consulting services, and addressing environmental challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for developing and nurturing relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and industry contacts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, supported by appropriate tertiary qualifications.
