Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic file reviews and achieve team targets
  • Deliver outstanding service outcomes and drive the growth and success of your team
  • Network and enhance relationships with key clients
  • Develop and implement effective team management strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the Vocational/Occupational Rehabilitation industry
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies such as AHPRA, ESSA, or ASORC
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing a team
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Possession of a current driver's license and access to a motor vehicle
