Daly Waters Wayside Inn is a renowned Outback pub in Australia, attracting tens of thousands of visitors each year. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be part of a dynamic team that ensures exceptional customer experiences and maintains the highest standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining a clean and well-presented environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and motivate a team of bar staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including NT alcohol laws.
- Implement effective customer service procedures, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
- Manage the bar's inventory and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
- Recruit, train, and develop bar staff, focusing on their growth and development.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- A competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per annum.
