Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including NT alcohol laws.
  • Implement effective customer service procedures, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Manage the bar's inventory and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
  • Recruit, train, and develop bar staff, focusing on their growth and development.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Bar Supervisor or similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • A competitive salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per annum.
