Operations Manager/Culture Development Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Leader to join our team at Monadelphous. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of achievement and team development, with a strong focus on safety culture and capability development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead from the Front: Provide leadership and direction to achieve business objectives and operational targets, ensuring achievement of contract deliverables.
- Partner with Operational Teams: Collaborate with operational and business support managers to successfully deliver functional area strategies, objectives, and initiatives.
- Manage Project Delivery: Manage specific teams and project delivery requirements, fostering and managing relationships with customers and subcontract partners.
- Ensure Compliance: Build a culture that ensures and reinforces compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, key systems, policy, or guidelines.
- Provide Business Advice: Offer advice and assistance to the business, including review of work scopes, delivery capability, and capacity to successfully execute the work.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with strong commercial acumen and experience working on an operational process plant.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent people skills, with demonstrated leadership, including the ability to facilitate delivery excellence, team collaboration, and working autonomously.
- Qualifications: A driver's license and the right to work in Australia.
