We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team in Darwin. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of Occupational Therapists to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve return-to-work outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of Occupational Therapists to deliver high-quality services
- Conduct worksite, functional, ergonomic, equipment, and home assessments
- Develop and implement Return To Work programs to assist employees in returning to the workforce
- Mentor and train junior staff members
Requirements:
- Strong background in Occupational Rehabilitation
- Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy
- Current vehicle and driver's license required for travel
