POSITION SUMMARY

Guest Experience Experts play a crucial role in providing a wide range of services to enhance our guests' stay, from addressing requests to sharing local highlights. Guest Experience Experts need to be proactive, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

Guest Experience Expert:
Our Guest Experience Experts play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable guest experiences. From ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs to handling guest inquiries and reservations, they are the face of hospitality at our hotel.
Your duties will include:
- The check-in and check-out of hotel guests
- Maintaining guest accounts
- Taking reservations when required
- Assisting with guest enquiries and calls
- Creating a welcoming and comfortable environment at all times
Skills & Experience:
Your qualifications should include proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. A positive attitude, well-groomed appearance, and a keen interest in hospitality management are essential. Full-time Australian working rights are required.
