POSITION SUMMARY

Our Guest Experience Experts go above and beyond to provide a wide array of services that assist guests throughout their stay. They are given the autonomy to navigate their workspace and take care of tasks efficiently. Whether it's addressing operational needs, fulfilling guest requests, completing necessary reports, or offering insights about the local area, our Guest Experience Experts seamlessly integrate these tasks into the overall guest experience.

Regardless of your role, there are key factors essential for success – ensuring a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting yourself in a professional manner in terms of uniform, appearance, and communication. Guest Experience Experts will be physically active and engaged (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and will need to be hands-on in their approach to work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance). Performing these duties effectively (along with other reasonable job responsibilities as assigned) is crucial for Guest Experience Experts to consistently meet the expectations of our guests and contribute to the success of our business.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Related Work Experience: None
  • Supervisory Experience: None
  • License or Certification: Not required
