About the role You will contribute significantly to the company's sustainability and financial health by managing documentation, supporting site operations, and enhancing overall project performance. Manage daily administrative tasks, including the review, collation, and filing of essential documentation like white cards, licenses, and SWMS. Maintain and update the Induction Register and conduct site inductions. Issued purchase orders and liaises with suppliers for timely deliveries, supporting cost tracking and project efficiency. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of weekly and monthly project documentation such as Toolbox Talks, WH&S Audits, and Monthly HS&E Performance Reports. Maintained site office facilities and amenities, ensuring all equipment and supplies were functional and adequately stocked.Support the site management team in maintaining project timelines and compliance with project standards. Foster a team-oriented environment that aligns with the company's values. Act as a key point of contact for project stakeholders, promoting positive relationships and effective communication. What you will need to succeed In order to take up this great opportunity, the successful applicant will require the following skills and experience Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction or related sectors.
