Key Responsibilities
  • General administrative duties, including data entry
  • Mail sorting and distribution
  • Mail and courier pickups and deliveries to various points in multiple sites
  • Preparation of mailbags for internal and interstate offices
  • Courier bookings and lodgements with various courier companies
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Respond to incoming calls in the mailroom promptly and professionally
  • Maintain office equipment, office supplies and stationery
  • Light cleaning duties
  • Assist with filing and maintenance of document files
  • Data entry and general administrative duties
  • Some heavy lifting may be involved.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should display a positive 'can-do' attitude and be a highly reliable individual. You should have a keen eye for details and always work with accuracy, with a good level of computer literacy. You have the desire to deliver and exceed our client expectations.

Key skills and experience include:

  • Australian Citizenship at the time of submitting the application
  • Previous mailroom experience and familiarity with working in an office environment
  • Computer literacy, particularly with using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work under pressure to achieve stringent service standards
  • Punctual, reliable and hardworking
  • Fit and able to lift large packages.
