Are you an Account Director with a background in creative agency? An award wining and independant digital marketing agency is currently seeking an experienced Account Director to manage one of their largest accounts in the Fintech industry.

This is an excellent opportnity if you're an Account Director with experience across enterpise accounts and a varitey of projects such as Digital Matketing/ Creative Producetion/ brand/ CRM/ Martech projects etc.

This is a fully remote opportunity. Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy and Delivery

Gain and maintain a deep understanding of clients' businesses and objectives.Partner with clients to grasp their objectives and offer innovative digital marketing solutions.Provide strategic direction and input to clients' digital marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring alignment with client goals.Demonstrate experience in enhancing client briefs and setting high standards for internal briefings to client and creative services teams.Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and growth.
Campaign/Project ManagementCollaborate closely with client services teams (including project management, creative services, web development, CRM, and performance marketing) to ensure alignment with client goals and effective delivery of top-tier campaigns and projects.
Stakeholder ManagementFoster relationships with a diverse range of client stakeholders across various seniority levels and enhance efficiencies in stakeholder engagement.Exhibit expertise in a range of digital marketing functions (including martech, data and analytics, and CRM systems) as well as brand strategy, creative production, and execution.
Client Contracts and DeliverablesNegotiate and manage client contracts.Ensure client agreements are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies.Collaborate with legal and finance departments as needed.Monitor project progress, ensuring client deliverables are met or exceeded and delivered on time, and resolve any arising issues.
Budget Management and FinancialsEfficiently and accurately manage the client's budgets and resources.Ensure timely delivery of invoices and receipt of payment.Align all projects with financial targets and the overall goals of the agency.QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).Exceptional client servicing capabilities.Proven experience in digital marketing and client service, with a minimum of 5-7 years in an Account Director/Business Director level role.Proven experience in creative production and delivery of high-volume trade campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in handling client contracts and negotiations.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proven ability to work in a remote, dynamic, fast-paced environment.Ability to work effectively within a team and lead projects to successful completion.If this sounds like an opportunity you would like to hear more about please click Apply Now or email me on At Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
