About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Dentsu Creative PR. As a key member of our Consumer team, you will be responsible for leading and developing client service accounts, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Oversee and lead a wide range of communications programs across multiple channels to meet client objectives
  • Develop and implement plans, proposals, and results reports to drive business growth and client satisfaction
  • Lead and direct a team of professionals to deliver high-quality work and achieve business objectives
  • Manage client finances and resources effectively, including budgeting and time management
  • Maintain regular contact with key client stakeholders and seek feedback on team performance
Requirements
  • Proven success in earned media, traditional PR, or newsroom experience (influencer experience a plus)
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management and ability to craft genuine connections with clients
  • Strong understanding of what makes news and ability to develop story angles and pitch ideas effectively
  • Highly competent in a range of PR services, including storytelling, media relations, and copywriting
  • Excellent knowledge of the media and ability to manage a media relations campaign
  • 5-7 years of experience in a PR SAM or AD role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
