**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Sales team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing our relationships with our enterprise Out of Home (OOH) Media customers in Australia.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and grow revenue with existing enterprise clients
- Identify opportunities for customer growth through the use of Broadsign products and services
- Identify customer needs and market insights to be communicated to the rest of the Broadsign organization
- Conduct renegotiations and renewals to modify and/or expand client product offerings & contracts via mutually beneficial strategies
- Maintain accurate data hygiene for all assigned accounts
- Become a trusted and knowledgeable client partner with strong, dedicated knowledge of current client base
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships that are shown through positively impacting client NPS
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships with all levels from C-Suite to operational team
- Identify potential risks and uncover hidden requirements through proactive discovery sessions, inquiring deeply, and crafting a comprehensive long-term account strategy for achieving growth.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with client leadership to provide insight into their use of our tools, opportunities for them to grow, and expected hurdles to be overcome
- Represent Broadsign in industry events and conferences, furthering thought leadership and credibility through engagements, can travel up to 50% of the time
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of account management or sales experience
- Experience with solutions sales and long sales cycles and with working to a revenue target/carrying a quota
