About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our Dispute Resolution team in Melbourne or Sydney. As a Paralegal - Debt Recovery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing debt recovery files, providing advice and solutions to clients, and working closely with our team to achieve excellent results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage debt recovery files from start to finish, including court processes and documents
  • Provide expert advice and solutions to clients on debt recovery matters
  • Work closely with our team to achieve excellent results and meet client expectations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in debt recovery laws and regulations
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience as a Paralegal in debt recovery or a related field
  • Experience in court processes and procedures, including bankruptcy and winding up applications
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize competing tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
