The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Recovery Pathways Specialist. As part of our diverse team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on someone's life every day, providing high-quality support and intervention to workers and employers who have lodged psychological injury claims.

Your Responsibilities

  • Resolve workplace conflict that has resulted in psychological injury claims by using your mediation and communication skills with relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate early access to treatment and other required services to support the worker's timely recovery and return to work.
  • Collaboratively develop and action early intervention plans to achieve key objectives with workers, employers, and treatment providers.
  • Work effectively with Case Managers, Technical and Injury Management Specialists, and Team Leaders to support claims management.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders through video conferencing, over the phone, and face-to-face.

About You

  • Experience or qualifications in mediation, facilitated workplace discussions, or conflict resolution.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems by taking action consistent with information and evidence gathered from different sources.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across a range of mediums.
  • Ability to build productive relationships and meet stakeholder needs.
