EML Australia is a leading Workers Compensation and Personal Injury Claims Management business, dedicated to helping individuals recover and return to work. As a Recovery Pathways Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting workers and employers navigate the return-to-work journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve workplace conflicts that have resulted in psychological injury claims through effective mediation and communication with stakeholders.
  • Facilitate early access to treatment and other required services to support timely recovery and return to work.
  • Collaborate with Case Managers, Technical and Injury Management Specialists, and Team Leaders to develop and action early intervention plans.
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders through video conferencing, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
About You
  • Experience or qualifications in mediation, facilitated workplace discussions, or conflict resolution.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems by taking action consistent with information and evidence gathered from different sources.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across various mediums.
  • Ability to build productive relationships and meet stakeholder needs.
