Anthony Chan – Regional Vice President Sales & Operations is building his team across the APAC region, and is looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join him and grow the business in the ANZ region selling our Customer Communications Management / Customer Experience Management Solutions (CCM / CXM)

Your role in our future

Reporting to Anthony Chan, Regional Vice President Sales & Operations, you will hold responsibility for executing a sales plan for your territory. Your role will involve direct sales engagement and relationship building with enterprise prospects, as well as supporting our partners in their sales engagements.

You will manage key accounts and you will be preparing and executing a sales plan developed in conjunction with the RVP and extended sales team, delivering the Quadient value proposition. This will involve cold-calling, marketing lead follow-up, personal relationships, Quadient executive introductions, and marketing automation introductions.

You will also be expected to use to provide timely and accurate forecasting and reporting of activity within the Sales region. Your role will also involve developing, writing and delivering value-based sales proposals and responding to client RFPs. You will gain a deep understanding of Quadient's products and will be able to identify and recommend the particular Quadient product that best fulfils the identified needs.

Your profile

  • You have proven experience in enterprise sales in the software industry or related environment, you most likely come from either a CCM / CXM or SaaS company.
  • You're able to demonstrate knowledge of one or more enterprise vertical industries for the assigned territory as well as regional and global trends
  • You can demonstrate your understanding and expertise of key technical subjects including SaaS, Cloud, Data and Content
  • You combine Strong business and financial acumen with highly developed negotiating and sales skills
  • You have outstanding interpersonal skills, and you're a great team player
