You would have seen a slightly different version of this ad posted 8 weeks ago, that was drafted specifically for our large enterprise team within our business, the difference this time round is this position is for our medium enterprise team within our company, this ME team purely focuses on inbound enquiries at $60,000 and under.

where the larger enterprise team specialises from $60,000 to a million.

Both positions are identical in nature, flat out with warm to hot leads, the process is run the same, coms are uncapped everything is identical except.


The sales are easier to make in the medium enterprise team; You make a lot more of them and your targets and accelerators are easier to hit and exceed.


That said, Although the salary is lower, it does not remain so forever, As our astute hands-on sales manager is always looking within his medium enterprise team for his next promotion to his large enterprise team.

The day you move over, your salary jumps from 75 to 100k.


And the length of time you are on 75 is up to you, most have done it in 3 to 6 months, we want to promote as soon as you become consistent.

Why? because if you've developed yourself to the point where you can close 500k to a million-dollar deals, then why do we want to keep you working the smaller end of town.

Answer - How long has it taken you to become consistent in your past jobs over your career?


We are looking for 3 more sales staff members due to 2 promotions and due to our staggering increase in marketing, in turn generating an even greater number of enquiries.

There is probably room for a fourth, but we are taking 3 more salespeople for now.

This sales teams marketing budget - We spend an absolute fortune on google marketing and a Kings Ransom each month on numerous successful advertising and marketing campaigns, this Mammoth monthly spend on advertising drives hundreds of warm enquiries daily from all states of Australia to the open arms of this sales teams.


9 of our current sales staff have under 18months of actual sales experience, meaning that prior to joining our team and working for us, they were employed in jobs other than sales, such as anything from "trades people" inbound customer service, retail shop sales, to the guy who keeps forgetting to "McFlurry" your Oreo McFlurry at McDonald's.

This more junior group (Junior in experience not age) are on track to earn at present, between about 123k - 140k uncapped in combined salary&coms

PLUS super, plus personal milestone and acceleration bonuses.

The top 6 have 3-8 years selling experience. Meaning that prior to working with us they were in sales positions such as BDM's in any industry (on road or on phone)

AND telephone sales selling some type of service inbound or outbound. This more senior group (senior in experience not age) are each projected to earn between 180k to 220k uncapped in salary&coms combined plus super, plus personal milestone and acceleration bonuses.

The above figures are derived by the simple math of extracting each person's results over the past 6 months and simply doubling it.
Then adding their projected 12 months commission to their set base salaries of $75,000 or $100,000. Everyone is and employee and everyone is on either $75,000 or 100k base.

And the best guy (The Top G), you can't distract him or get him to leave his desk for a break, you can't get him to come out for lunch, or afternoon tea breaks, he never goes out for a smoko and he's always looking for ways to save time, Just last week he purchased a vitamiser so now he can liquify his tuna and sardine sandwiches into smoothies.

AND telephone sales selling any type of service inbound or outbound and you value and extract everything from every lead/opportunity and realise it's a numbers game.

Every enquiry is a potential client with a need for our services, and there is nobody who we cannot assist, meaning everyone who calls us qualifies and is a hot enough lead for us to spend our valuable time on; that said, they do say no, so we do need to handle objections based on logic, that said they called us for our assistance, we did not/don't call them, so
