Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director & General Manager of Enterprise for APAC to identify and target potential enterprise and franchise group customers for MRI Software.
  • Drive new business acquisition by effectively presenting and articulating the value proposition of MRI Software solutions to Csuite executives and decisionmakers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, manage the sales process, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Grow existing customer relationships by understanding their business needs and promoting additional MRI Software products and services to increase their share of wallet.
  • Serve as a local leader for the Victorian office, fostering a collaborative and resultsdriven sales culture.
  • Attend industry functions, conferences, and networking events as directed to build relationships and promote MRI Software's brand and solutions.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, account management, and product development, to provide feedback and insights from the market to drive product enhancements and innovation.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in solution sales, ideally within the real estate industry or software sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex deals with Csuite executives and key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS software sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings, industry events, and training sessions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, real estate, etc.) preferred.
