We are seeking a Corporate Property Services Assurance Officer to join the Facilities Team on a full time basis. This role is responsible for the management of building services delivery and compliance across a portfolio of sites.

  • Manage the 24x7 building services delivery for the corporate portfolio
  • Maintain legal compliance and risk management of all buildings.
  • Scheduling of inspections and ensuring accurate updated records management
  • Work closely with the internal auditor to ensure continued compliance
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant building codes, policies and legislation

What we are looking for:


We are looking for someone who has strong contract management experience along with a high priority of meeting complaince regulations.


In addition, you will need:

  • Strong organisational, time management, planning and task prioritisation skills.
  • High level of knowledge in building industry technology, design principles and construction practices
  • Experience of government compliance will be highly regarded
  • Strong knowledge of fire regulations
  • Extensive knowledge of or the ability to interpret building related legislation, policies and codes related to asset repair and maintenance
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, oral and negotiation skills are a must
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred
