Cromwell Property Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Property Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating leasing and property management activities, ensuring seamless execution of contracts, and maintaining accurate records.
About the Role
This permanent full-time position reports to the Operations & WHS Manager and is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Property Operations team. Key responsibilities include:
Leasing & Projects- Coordinate leasing and capex activities, including contract documentation, leasing matter status, and job approvals.
- Manage contract execution, ensuring contractor compliance checks are completed.
- Facilitate the tender process for maintenance service agreements, ensuring accurate and efficient document issuance.
- Manage contract execution, ensuring contractor compliance checks are completed.
- Coordinate the processing of internal leasing commissions in accordance with the Property Services Management Agreement and budget forecast.
- Assist with user support and administrative maintenance of Yardi Elevate products.
- Review documents and forms to ensure currency and accuracy.
- Maintain bank guarantee and associated registers.
- Assist with the coordination of documentation during the onboarding and disposal of assets.
- Ensure approvals are in line with the Delegation of Authority and seek further advice from the Operations & WHS Manager as required.
